General Reflection

From completing and working through E105 it allowed me to identify and critically analyse which aspects of my practice I wanted to improve and promote in childrens play, learning and development. It has aided me to make important changes within my practice. One change that I have made within my practice is implementing a questionnaire is to gain feedback from parents about how they feel their childs learning development and progress is communicated with parents as partners. This questionnaire relates to PP5 Working effectively with parents, colleagues and other professionals. I now know how important reflecting on my role as practitioner is and how improving my skills will enhance the childrens learning and my future career prospects.
