The purpose of this essay is to discuss responsible working practice with reference to the interpersonal communication skills that a Youth & Community Worker needs to undertake successful interactions within a variety of settings. In order to explore this further and, for the purpose of this essay, I will be focussing on the specific skills a practitioner needs to work effectively with individuals, on both a one to one basis, and within a group context.
