The main research question should be around the following: How strategical decision to shift most of the sales to Internet affected the business? Therefore research will use Case Study approach in Strategic Management domain.
All required in-depth information (within last 10 years) will be provided by the company. I guess as part of the proposal, the type of information which will be used for analysing, should be defined.
