For your first In this week’s module you learned about “Ethics in Patient Care” and on page 263 your read about some basic ethical

principals. For your first assignment look at the Florida Patient Bill of Rights (linked in the module materials) and identify by

statute section and brief description at least one section of the Florida law that matches with the 4 basic ethical principals listed

on page 263.

For example: If you believe section xxx.xxx of the Florida statute covers the ethical concept of “justice” you would give me the

specific statute section along with a sentence or two that describes how that section of the law addresses “justice”.
