Paper instructions:
i have added a file that is pretty much the outline that i have created so far. Crevecoeur, Edgar Allan Poe, John Locke all need to be related to both classical and romantic work and how each person uses each style in their writing. i will also like weekly updates due to the fact i have to show my professor where i am at with the writing.

Consider your reader a person who has probably not read the literature you are writing about, and, thus, very briefly provide enough background information in order for your reader to understand your argument (thesis). This background information may take the form of the author, title, date of publication, very brief summary of content of work, and so on.

Moreover, your essay should integrate effectively at least three peer-reviewed sources into your writing. This incorporation of peer-reviewed (also called “refereed articles”) must take the form of a summary of the article’s thesis, and it should include a signal phrase, parenthetical citation, and full bibliography entry in a Works Cited page—all of which (like the rest of the essay) must observe the conventions of the Modern Language Association.
The most useful databases for our purposes are Academic Search Complete, Academic One File, Literature Resource Center, and Twayne’s Authors Series. 5-7 pages, excluding Works Cited page.
