The research was focused on the individuals with heart failure where nurses assistedin self-management support and their family cares. This paper shows how nurses play their role in assisting patients and how well the clients were able to cope. Numerous patients have very little knowledge of their condition and the management of it. Thus, nurses provide education on the importance of being physically fit and consuming healthy diet.
