This is a substantial paper (20 pages) meant to help develop self-awareness in areas relevant to management, stimulate reflective thinking regarding life goals, and begin/continue a path for future self-improvement. It should include thorough discussions of personal strengths and weaknesses as an employee, team member, and future leader (what characteristics differentiate oneself from others?) Results from self-assessments should be integrated. The paper should include a personal mission statement or leadership strategy that energetically describes what you are about and want to be known for.
