Outcome based person centred safeguarding of children and adults.

Outcomes based practice are defined, according to the SCIE, as the result of the service offered to a service user and what achievements have been made in their life according to the services user priorities and goals therefore identified as important by themselves. Basically outcomes refer to an activity or a process that is beneficial for a persons life and it is processed with an action taken, in our case how much a service users achieved using our service in health and social care. Outcomes based practice defined also outcomes management or outcomes focused assessment  aim as a whole to achieve services users goal and expectations, improve their quality of life including levels of their ability ,health and employment such as looking at their safety and security.
