A. Describe how you could use the principles of operant conditioning (e.g., reinforcement,
punishment, shaping, etc.) to improve your study habits (i. e., reading text for a certain amount of
time each day, etc.).

B. Explain the difference between negative reinforcement and punishment. Give an example of each from
your own experiences or the experiences of others. You may create an example if you cannot remember
one.
