This essay is about receiving care from both health care assistants ( HCAs) and registered nurses (RNs) by using the case of Anwar Malik. The aim of this essay is to understand how the two kinds of staff vary in their duties and responsibilities towards Anwar and to clarify the differences to the changing roles of HCAs and RNs in recent times.
