1. Motivation and Motivational Theories
a. Motivation
Motivation is a power, which strengthens behavior, gives route to behavior, and triggers the tendency to continue. It can be explained that individuals are required to be satisfactorily energetic to attain assured targets and be clear about destinations (Vandenabeele & Ban, 2009). Diao and Park (2012), Sansores and Pavn (2009), and Javadi et al (2012) provides that motivation is a procedure that initiates through a physiological and psychological desires to stimulate a performance intending at an objective. It can be said that the concept of motivation is a goal-oriented process related to instincts, drives, and reflexes (Sansores & Pavn, 2009; Javadi et al., 2012).
