The resulting health problems which cost the country 75 billion per year , are found most commonly among the poor , who account for 28 percent of the tab”(8). Considering these statistics as well as nothing a range of health problems associated diet nationally , she then asks, Why is it so difficult to eat well?(8,9). Turning to either of her undercover investigations as a case study , how do her experiences provide an answer to this questions ?
