The research tends to fall into two different areas of International HRM. These are;

• Research into specific aspects of International HRM e.g. selection, rewards, management development
• Research into aspects of diversity; corporate socials responsibility and ethical behaviour and IHRM

To reflect these differences there are two marking schemes which are included in the module guide

The assignment is made up of two tasks. Which divide into 2 task, the task one has been done(page 6), which is about the general outline for the proposal, please according task one to go on writing task 2. Task 2 is about the research study; which mean give more details to explore the aims and research objectives as I write in section one) and how to do the research as I mention in methodology(donot use function), The assessment criteria for the final paper are slightly different, depending on whether you decide to work on an international HRM topic, or diversity; corporate socials responsibility and ethical behaviour and IHRM study.
