Part 1
Describe your workplace as a learning environment, including physical and social aspects. (Include photos, videos, and other social media if you wish). Use your readings to help support your workplace as a learning environment.

Part 2
Describe your work role and discuss your own workplace learning (or the learning of others in your work place), linking it to the categories outlined in the unit material.
Notes
(a) Choose a section/work area or a group of workers to focus on if you work in a large workplace for Part 1.
(b) Place more emphasis on Part 2 as compared to Part 1.
Checklist
Your assignment should begin with a statement of the topic and then an introductory paragraph about your approach, unless this is self-evident.
You should include references to the readings, with quotes where relevant, to show that you are linking the readings to your own experience.
You can use quotes from your Learning Journal observations in the same way as you use quotes from other writers, but it is helpful to use italics for your Learning Journal to distinguish it from other quotes. (If you use italics there is no need to set in larger type, underline or put in bold).
