below is an example of what paper should look like

Describe at least three factors that contribute to improved teacher training in the late-19th and early-20th centuries.
• Schools began to broaden their curricula to include the training of secondary school teachers (Webb, 2014, pg. 5.4) • Schools began to require high school completion for admissions and college degrees (Webb, 2014, pg. 5.4) • Public school system demanded more qualified teachers trained in the most recent educational pedagogy and psychology. Teachers must obtain a certification which included a written exam and an oral examination by a lay committee. (Webb, 2014, pg. 5.4)
Select one contribution and determine if it is still prevalent today
• One contribution that is still prevalent today is the teacher certification; although the requirements depend on each state, it is a requirement if one wants to teach in a public school.
Explain how you could improve on this contribution by using technology in your own classroom or school situation.
• Technology and the internet today have made almost everything more accessible to everyone- education being one of the main ones. Before, to get information on anything one would either had to go/drive to a specific place. Today, one can find information on anything online; this also might include training on practice on obtaining a teachers certification. We as teachers can take a great advantage of technology today to provide students with the most up to date information on anything.
