3. Prior to your dental work, what kind of problems did you have with your teeth? “No complaints about her teeth, but very, very poor dental hygiene. I suspect she is phobic about use of a toothbrush.” A single trip to the dentist can be a very frustrating, exhausting ordeal. The Mobile Dentist Survey for Clients 1. Are you satisfied with your dentist visit? “Yes, the dentist covered all grounds so that my gums and teeth are healthy.” The dentist proved to be very knowledgeable and professional. He does excellent work and is very good at explaining everything so that I can understand the procedures being done. After my visit, I once again have “happy teeth!” 2. Why couldn’t you get treatment before? Client could not give any possible reason or explanation as to why he did not visit the hygienist in the past. 3. Prior to your dental work, what kind of problems did you have with your teeth? “None, but my teeth grew old. The Mobile Dentist made them healthy again.” 4. How does your teeth look after the procedure? Better or worse? “Better, the dentist did an awesome job in making my teeth white again. My breath is fresh” as a result of the procedure I had done. 5. Rate your level of pain after the procedure was completed? “None, the dental were careful not to cause me any pain.” 6. Did the dentist address any discomfort, pain, or concerns? “Yes, they did.” The Mobile Dentist addressed all my concerns without any hesitation. 7. How did the dental procedure improve or maintain oral health? “They gave me healthy and white teeth. They got rid of my mouth problems.” Some studies show with that people with gum disease are more likely to have heart disease than those with healthy gums. Therefore, it is important that you take good care of your like you do the rest of your body. 8. What positive experiences did you have during the mobile dentist visit?

“The people were very nice to me. They treated me with respect. The place (bus) was clean.” The dentist and his assistants made me feel very comfortable when getting my teeth worked on! Thanks to all of you! 9. Is there anything that you wish the dental staff could have done to make the experience better? “They did everything well.” 10. Do you plan to attend follow-up visit if needed? “Yes, I look forward to my next dental appointment. My teeth are white and my gums are healthy.”
