Write an individual paper based on your review of the relevant literature/s relating to your nominated management skills. Your paper should engage with at least five quality academic sources (for example, published peer-reviewed journal articles, research books etc.) published in the last 15 years for each skill (i.e. a minimum of 10 quality academic sources over the paper).
In your paper:
1. Evaluate relevant ‘guidelines’ (principles, methods and/or theories) identified in appropriate literature/s, in terms of their capacity to help you develop your two chosen skills.
2. Compare and contrast the ‘guidelines’ informing your past practice (Assessment 1) with the ‘guidelines’ recommended by relevant literature/s.
3. Justify your selection of up to three ‘guidelines’ to practice further for each skill, based on relevant personal circumstances.
In the appendices to your paper, please include a complete Turnitin originality report.

Assessment criteria:
Critical engagement with relevant literatures (minimum of five quality academic sources published in the last 15 years for each skill) (15%)
Evaluation of relevant guidelines (principles, methods and/or theories) recommended in the literature (20%)
Comparison of guidelines from the literature with those guidelines informing your own past practice (30%)
Justification for personal selection of up to three guidelines for future practice (10%) · Evidence of thoughtful self-assessment using ReView (5%)
Quality of written communication and referencing (PLO 3.1) (20%)
