An assessment/critique of leadership relevant theories, debates or discussions covered in the class leading to an outline of what type of leader you now see yourself becoming and how you would build towards that. These should extend beyond the business world to address the broader issue of leadership in the wider world and which approaches are needed to address the problems of today.

Assessment will be based on

?clarity of argument and use of evidence including academic and professional research, factual events and real-life examples;

?organised and logical structure of the essay;

?strong and convincing conclusions

?citing and referencing of sources in full accordance with the APA format (references list at end is not included in word length)
