Electronic Colonialism Theory with World-System Theory

Thomas McPhail argues that international communication theory is going through a transformation. He claims that earlier theories have failed to adequately explain global communication and suggests that combining Electronic Colonialism Theory with World-System Theory provides the most powerful explanation available.
