Design and Technology Security System

Project description
Design a security system for a parameter. Laser sensors will be used as the triggering mechanism. Whenever the parameter is breached lights will turn on, snap shots taken (picture), a text message will be sent (GSM), an alarm goes off. All these will be connected to a micro controller. The power supply will be from a solar panel connected to a battery bank. Circuit diagrams are required and i am also asking for the programming in C
