Conflict Resolution – Retail Customer Complaints
The Literature Review will consist of an assessment of the research literature associated with a conflict resolution that deals with customer complaints within the retail industry. Five credible scholarly sources will be selected, annotated and assessed to develop a scholarly foundation for qualitative research to be conducted by the student. A general thesis and specific hypotheses will be presented that will guide the research. The review will conclude with a proposal statement of the specific means to be used by the student to obtain relevant data.
