Topic: Organisation structure and design (1000 words). Using appropriate theoretical models, evaluate and describe the main features of structure and design of each company. If you do not find clear evidence on those aspects, you should still apply the theoretical models discussed in this module to describe the companies’ structure and design as you believe it to be in reality, focusing on types of structure and degree of formalization, centralization and specialization.
Topic: Organisational culture (1000 words). Using appropriate theoretical models, evaluate and describe the culture in both companies, highlighting its values. You can use theoretical typologies of organisational/ corporate culture to enrich your description. You can discuss issues related to gender and diversity values.
Topic: Approach to management and leadership (1000 words). Apply the theories and models reviewed in this module to describe each company approach to management and leadership. You can discuss the leadership style of the CEO and the way you believe the company approach leadership development amongst its employees, such as behaviours and values fostered to career progression.
4. Conclusions (500 words). Summarize the main similarities (if apply) and differences between both companies derived from your analysis on two of the key three topics above. Highlight the overall characteristics of each company that you find most significant.

The quality of presentation, structure, style and referencing will be evaluated as part of your analysis of the three key topics above.
