Part 1: Analysis
Using the company you created in Unit 1, complete the following:
Fully define your target market. Provide rationale for the decision.
Analyze the competition, including its target market.
Introduce your online value proposition and how it will support a competitive advantage.
Part 1 of the Individual Project should be 2 pages in length. Be sure to cite your resources.

Part 2: Communication Tools
Create a plan by using at least 5 different communication tools to promote your online presence.

Include rationale to back up your decisions
Explain how you will measure the effectiveness of each tool listed

Your assignment should contain a cover page, an abstract page, and a reference page in addition to the body. The body of the paper should be 5 pages in length, starting with a brief one paragraph introduction and ending with a short conclusion.
