To set up an application called “Easy Coffee” to run on smart phones that can help to choose the type of coffee and other drinks. This would help to cut down the time people take at the coffee machines. The application would be targeted on consumer who are regular drinkers and visit the same coffee vending machine.. The application would be created to ensure the people who drinker’s coffee would be able to purchase the coffee on the go and when they reach the vending the machine the coffee would be ready.
The application would run on android and Ios system because they are the most widely used operating system. The application when completed would be tested and checked to see the ART (Average Response Time) and measured against the application not in use. The application would be simple and easy to use. The charge of the application to be launched on the android market is $25 (Android apps charges, 2013), while for the Ios is $99 for each year (Apple store charges, 2013). The marketing of the application would be done through information on the people portal, hand outs in the canteen and display in the notice boards. The other option would be targeting the influential people and inform them about the benefits of using the application.
When I will finish the application I will sell it to Starbucks. That will help the consumer to get the coffee easy and quick. For example, the consumer can order coffee throw the application when the consumer reach the coffee they can just give them the order number direct than they can take coffee with in 15 to 20 second, also they can pay online to make it easy for the costumer.
