– 2000 word as a full report from introduction to references including analysis and discussion of the case study.
– The other 1000 word to be another different analysis from different opinion for the same case study, so i need two different analysis for the same case in the same assignment, one analysis within the 2000 word report and another critical analysis consisting of 1000 word for the same case study, so total of 3025 word full assignment.

In this assignment you will be examining the way project teams, in your organisation (or an organisation you can have access to the necessary information and personnel), should be led, organised and managed to deliver innovative solutions.

You will need to submit a research report (about 2000 words) that includes

1. (30%) A critical analysis of the relevant literature on how to build and manage innovative project teams. The review should conclude by providing a justified conceptual model that explains the different factors/variables that would enable or impede innovation in a project team.

2. (30%) A critical analysis of at least one case study of a project to examine, using the conceptual model above, the challenges and opportunities project team(s) have faced in their endeavour to introduce and implement new ideas. This case study approach may include interviews, group meetings, surveys,..etc as appropriate with key participants in the project. And ,as agreed above, another critical analysis consisting of 1000 word other than the 2000 word.

3. (20%) A set of recommendations of how this organisation can ensure that their projects are able to deliver successful innovation. The recommendation should emerge from items 1 and 2 above.

4. (10%) A one page executive summary, full bibliography and reference list should be included. Referencing should follow the Harvard style.

5. (10%) A set of power point slides that could be used to make a presentation to your group (assignment 2). This presentation should explain the main literature and conceptual model, case study analysis, findings and recommendations as per your report.
