Critically analyse and evaluate environmental control systems information and data. To achieve this you must:
Discuss the Green issues facing the hotel sector, relating them specifically to your chosen organisations and explain what your hotel can do to minimise the impact of these
Evaluate the Environmental Management system of your 2 chosen organisations
Analyse a CSR policy for 1 of your chosen organisations.
