Articles must be within past 10 years and scholarly preferably something I can access from the internet.
The purpose of this assignment is to provide you with an opportunity to practice developing a business case (justification) for an IT investment proposal. You will create a technology investment scenario, based on one of your team member’s own workplace environment. The written and oral proposal, in brief, will address the following:
• Define the business scenario
• Identify business pain/opportunity
• Make the business case investment
• Identify and track proposed business assessment metrics over time (before and after….)
• Consider implementation phases and impact on people
• Identify risks and proposed mitigation plans
