Moving to contrasting how each approach defines fear and sadness and why people experience fear and sadness. Moreover, a comparison of the two approaches and how they consider fear and sadness in the past, present and future, will be compared. Furthermore, explanations for why people remain in fear or sadness will be compared and contrasted.
