Session 4 – As client who will support you on your journey, are support systems helpful, how will you ask for help from those around you, what will you complete this week
As coach guide your client through a solid support plan. How will client be accountable to you and communicate that they have completed what they agreed to do.

Session 5- Deep work on self
Both talk over what triggers your inner critic, in what ways have you responded in the past and what can you do different in the future. How do you know life style choices making a difference.
