The Plan, Do and Review model has been a key tool used by many campaign groups and organizations; on a localized level with community groups campaigning to keep local amenities accessible, or a national platform with groups such as the Suffragettes and LGBT lobbying for equality and recognition of identity. The Plan, Do and Review models have developed from the works of Dewey and later the work of Kolb.

The example that this essay will focus will be the role of the youth worker as an ally regarding the campaign for Dudley Mosque.
