There are three prime mottos on which the National Labor Relation Act works:
Exclusivity Principle
The awareness of free collectively bargaining, &
Freedom of the employee’s labor union from the employer.

To describe in brief, the exclusivity principle is a way by which a union representative gets selected by the various employees working in an organization. Free collective bargaining is the subsequent law of the National Relation Labor Act.Collective Bargaining is also helpful in resolving disputes among the union and the employer. The third essential principle of the collective bargaining system is the Structural Autonomy which was approved by the National Labor Relation Act. The basic role of this autonomy is to remove barriers to the employer’s efforts.
