+1 862 207 3288 Based on my own knowledge of the organisation and on information gathered a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats) analysis was carried out, used as a information gathering tool by Veal, (1994) and known as a brainstorming exercise. The aim of the analysis was to accumulate a general picture of Fairfax Community Centre and to aid discussion during the report, identifying the following:

Avoid or seek to overcome weakness
Seek to exploit opportunities
