Simulation Project
Please download “Simulation.xls” Excel file from the Files Directory section of Sakai.
This file contains a coin toss simulation. Study the file contents and embedded formulas
very carefully, especially noting the link between simulations and the corresponding
frequency distribution and bar chart. Your task is to modify the Excel file as follows:
a. Increase the number of simultaneous coin tosses from 3 to 4.
b. Expand the frequency distribution table accordingly (note that with four coin
tosses X can take the following values: 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4).
c. Update the bar chart so that it accommodates all possible X values on the X axis.
d. Increase the number of simulations from 20 to 200.
Once you have modified the simulation, save your Excel file and then upload it to
Sakai for grading.

Directory section of Sakai.
