Relevance of Laws and Ethics in an Inclusive Environment

Business Laws and ethics in a business though not interchangeable are strongly related to a business atmosphere. A business which is run unethically is looked down upon by the general public and there is a generally strong scrutiny of the legality of their actions. While business laws ensure that a company doesn’t take undue freedom in its functioning in a business environment, the ethics of a company’s functioning often determine whether the company is trying to push the limits set upon by law if not crossing them inadvertently. For example if a business that manufactures make up uses animals for testing, to an extent the action may be legal. However if the testing is seen as unethical in general then you may be under scrutiny as a matter of intrigue as to whether you are performing the tests within legal parameters.
