The text Web site provides data on rates of return for selected mutual funds. Choose 20 actively managed funds and rank them by their average returns over the period 2000– 2004. Then rank the same funds by their average returns over 2005–2009. What is the relationship between the two rankings? Are the results surprising? Explain.
