In this practice analysis, I will consider the terms of my learning agreement and the knowledge and skills which I aim to gain from this practice placement. Thus, included in this analysis will be how to balance personal and professional values, professional expectations as well as updating my knowledge of legal and procedural context which is gained through induction, relevant trainings, and interaction with other agencies like GPs and opticians. This practice analysis will focus on empowering, (V,b),  the service user here referred to as the Person/People We Support (PWS), by taking him out for pub lunch (social inclusion).  The PWS I took out for lunch was Scott (not his real name).
