Personal Professional Development in Management

Over a period of four months I have attended a number of workshop environment learning sessions, these have been planned and run by my fellow student colleagues. A wide rage of skills such as managing conflict, training, interviewing, appraising and many more has been coved over the period of four months. I have attended most of these sessions, which has opened and given me numerous opportunities to claim for a number of skills and competences, which brings me onto the purpose of this report.

I am claiming a further five skills and competences as a result of attending a number of workshop sessions and actually implementing what I found beneficial towards my personal development.
