    Research Objectives:

    1.  To describe factors assisted nurse interns in achieving their competencies  during their enrollment in the six months national nursing internship programme.

    2.  To describe factors inhibited nurse interns in achieving their competencies  during their enrollment in the six months national nursing internship programme.

    4. To explore the effect of  the working environment on the Nurse Interns clinical learning experience.
