Organizational Change Plan III
Hi can you please help with the III part of an organizational change plan paper. Below is the summary of what the grading criteria is and the Summaries from Part I & II with the references that I used.
Organizational Change Plan – Part III
Develop Part III of a comprehensive plan to implement an organizational change. Part III of your organizational change plan focuses on strategies for evaluating the proposed change. Prepare a 1,400- to 1,750-word plan with the following:
Describe how the effectiveness of your organizational change will be determined once it is implemented.
Analyze possible outcome measurement strategies related to organizational change processes.
Determine how you will measure quality, cost, and satisfaction outcomes to evaluate your proposed organizational change.
Add a summary of previous work from other parts.
Use at least four peer-reviewed articles to support your conclusions.
Format your paper according to APA standards.
Conclusion Part I:
Change is inevitable in every organization but how the organization handles the change will set it apart from others. Changing from a paper to a paperless check-in procedure at the Northwest Primary Care Clinic was identified as necessary to decrease patient wait times and increase patient satisfaction. By identifying the need for the change, the individual and organizational barriers to the change, factors that might influence the change, the organizational readiness, and the internal and external resources available, staff could buy into the change and work with management to implement. Lewin’s theory of change was used to break down the different stages of the change so in the end the change would be successful.
Conclusion Part II:
Successful clinical practice focuses on the organizational members and the implementation of a new technological system. Adequate communication promotes cooperation and facilitates the reduction of people resistance to the implementation of the change. It is imperative to evaluate the feasibility of the implementation process in the organization promoting a deep relationship between the organizational processes and their role supporting the proposed change. Addressing all the factors that can affect the implementation of any new change in the health organization gives the probability to improve the clinical outcomes (Venkatrman, Bala, Venkatesh, & Bates, 2008).
