In this assignment I propose to write an essay on the challenges which people face throughout the transitions. I will define the term what is transitions? Then I will then write what can be done to support people with their transitions; I will also link this to the people in case study on unit 14. I will then ensure all my work is adequately underpinned by appropriate research, and I will present my findings.

Prior to my learning over the unit14 I believe it was important to define what is meant by Transitions? Transitions can be in peoples social and personal life such as moving house, leaving house, getting married, getting divorced, starting a new job, leaving job.
