1. Before you begin, save a copy of this file with your name the original copy of the exam, and a copy you will work from.
2. Answer the three questions below in the order given. The questions are equally weighted.
3. Formatting Requirements: Use 12-point font, double space, one inch margins and default word wrap. Adequate answer for each question is minimum 1 page – maximum 1.5 pages. Unless otherwise instructed in the question, if you have tables or graphics (which you may provide for no extra credit), append them after the reference page.
For example, the maximum number of pages is:

6. Answers will be evaluated on the following criteria: key content, logical flow, and clarity. There is no correct answer. It is how well your answer is justified. See Syllabus, scroll down to Grading Information/ Rubric.
• Key content (65%): Weaves together appropriate original content and references that demonstrates synthesis of course topics culminating in an original and insightful conclusion. Choice of vocabulary/terms clearly shows familiarity with assigned reading. • Clarity (15%): Writing is clear, concise and adheres to suggested length of question answers. Correct in text citations and bibliography adhering to APA style. No grammar and spelling mistakes

Question 3. The relational model is the most widely used database structure today. Give a real world example of a Conceptual Model for a relational database. You must use a different conceptual model than the one in Session 3. Use a minimum of three but less than five tables in your answer. Answer this question in three parts. 3a) Briefly describe how the database is used. A few sentences is sufficient. For example, using Database Group Project as an example, the database is used to keep track of teacher contact and course assignments.
