1. Before you begin, save a copy of this file with your name the original copy of the exam, and a copy you will work from.
2. Answer the three questions below in the order given. The questions are equally weighted.
3. Formatting Requirements: Use 12-point font, double space, one inch margins and default word wrap. Adequate answer for each question is minimum 1 page – maximum 1.5 pages. Unless otherwise instructed in the question, if you have tables or graphics (which you may provide for no extra credit), append them after the reference page.
For example, the maximum number of pages is:

4. You may use any resources in addition to the textbook, such as other books, journals and the Internet.
5. Before you submit your work, you are required to check your paper using Turn It In. Make a copy of the paper, edit out all instructions and questions (i.e., leaving only your response) and upload this file to Turn It In. Acceptable range for Originality Score is 0 – 20%.
6. Answers will be evaluated on the following criteria: key content, logical flow, and clarity. There is no correct answer. It is how well your answer is justified. See Syllabus, scroll down to Grading Information/ Rubric.
• Key content (65%): Weaves together appropriate original content and references that demonstrates synthesis of course topics culminating in an original and insightful conclusion. Choice of vocabulary/terms clearly shows familiarity with assigned reading. Each question is supported by in-text citation to Turban et al.( I UPLOADED THE FULL NAME OF THE TEXT BOOK THAT HAVE TABLE 1.3 WRITER MUST USE TO WRITE THIS PAPER AND USE IT AS REFERENCE) and at least one external academic reference.
• Logical flow (20%): Clear organization. Written succinctly and logically. For maximum credit, the response is succinct, direct and follows instructions.
• Clarity (15%): Writing is clear, concise and adheres to suggested length of question answers. Correct in text citations and bibliography adhering to APA style. No grammar and spelling mistakes

Question 3. The relational model is the most widely used database structure today. Give a real world example of a Conceptual Model for a relational database. You must use a different conceptual model than the one in Session 3. Use a minimum of three but less than five tables in your answer. Answer this question in three parts. For the entire question (i.e., 3a, 3b, and 3c), minimum length is 1 page, maximum length is 1.5 pages.
3a) Briefly describe how the database is used. A few sentences is sufficient. For example, using Database Group Project as an example, the database is used to keep track of teacher contact and course assignments.
