Exercise 5: Please Identify A Performance Issue In The Organization And Use Check Sheet(s) and/or Flowchart(s) To Identify The Problem.
Here you may begin with a discussion on a performance issue you have. What is it? Who identified the issue? Why is it an issue? What are the effects of the performance issue? You may review PITT exercise 2 (e.g., weakness, action plan, and objectives in the strategic planning diagram), exercise 3 (e.g., quality training not provided), and exercise 4 (e.g, how to increase the size of the customer satisfaction area by bring the three factors closer together) to help you identify a performance issue. Briefly explain your plan of problem identification by use check sheet(s) and/or flowchart(s) to identify and quantify where and what problems exist. Remember to provide references to support your statements.
