write a B2B marketing strategy for IFLEXION this is the link of the company’s website http://www.iflexion.com/The targeted country is Saudi Arabia, so the entire marketing strategy should be specific to Saudi Arabia.
Some points to write about (you don’t have to choose them all), and you can also add some points that you think go well with the marketing plan. They do not have to be in the same order.
• Difficulties and issues might be faced and how to deal with them.
• Entry strategy.
• Online campaign.
• Using social media (twitter, Facebook …etc) to attract more customers.
• Who are your target customers, (business owner, big firms, small business owners …etc)
• The importance of having online presence.
• How the online presencecan affect the company and make it more successful.
• The importance of establishing a website, and app for smart phones.
• Website content (what should it have) and how it will benefit the business.
• Maybe talk a little about how we can help small business owners to be successful by starting online presence.
• Corporate social responsibility
This is instruction from the professor.
Your paper will assess and contrast cultural, economic, political and legal differences between homeand global markets and across potentially viable international markets. Your paper will include market segmentation, targeting and product positioning in the target market. Finally your paper will decide on pricing, promotion, advertising, distribution, product and other relevant marketing factors that will allow for success in international markets and for stronger competitive positioning in the global marketplace.
Also, we had online discussion and here are my posts, you might stay with the same writing style. Also it is very important that you use simple English not advanced so that my professor does not notice any differences.
Q: Please discuss your B2B product or serviceand what you think a sales cycle might look like. Many of your products will be considered large and for some agencies consider “capital” expenses and will most likely have a unique method of purchase. Best guesses are very acceptable answers.- Post early in the week and again later in the week.
My response: The nature of competition in today’s business world has significantly changed. Prior to the exponential growth of internet, business competitions were limited by geographical area, operation hours. It is not the case anymore, the internet is taking the competition to a higher level breaking barriers with much better advantages to those who employ it properly. Some traditional businesses have realized the importance of adapting information technology way of conducting business into their business to provide the same quality services and even more.
Nowadays, it becomes necessary for almost all businesses to establish a website and become accessible around the clock from anywhere. Businesses may unintentionally lose potential customers just because they don’t have a website. Customers usually tend to search online for products and services they desire before actually making the decision to purchase. And so having a website helps businesses not only to attract potential customers but also maintain the existing ones. A website could act like representative of the business that is available 24/7, which can inform customers about a certain products or services and assists them in making purchase decision.
Since the website functions like the representative of the business, it must be well operated and organized with full content. Website can answer various questions, displays products and services details and offers contact information. It also allows business owners to analyze traffic and have full understanding of customers buying habits.
For B2B, Iflexion offers advanced web solutions and enterprise web apps. These services are offered to giant and small businesses. It is common in developing countries that small business owners don’t have an online presence maybe they are not recognizing opportunities out there or not realizing the importance. Also, in these countries, some big businesses don’t have a mobile application, or if they do, it provides limited and basic services. For online presence, some big businesses rely mainly on websites, and it is not operating as it should be. So for that matter, I am going to conduct a marketing strategy for Iflexion targeting business in developing countries.
Sales cycle: since businesses in developing countries would be targeted, most of the communication would take place online. Create awareness through infographics which shows the advantages of online presence and how a mobile application could take the business to the next level. Communicate with clients for further clarifications. Understanding clients’ requirements and needs and then suggest some developments accordingly. Conduct an informative and a persuasive online meeting with clients to close the deal. Create and send proposal to clients. And then last assign a team to work on the project.
Q:What are some of the leading social media resources in your country/industry? What are some of the leading business publication (on line or otherwise) in your country/industry? In your response also remind us quickly of the industry/target country
My response: Reminder of the industry and country targeted: the industry is web/app services that includes all types of services such as development, design …etc. the primary target country is Saudi Arabia and might expand to neighboring countries. I think with the domination and popularity of social media, online forums are not a good option at least for my services to consider for interactive engagement for the sake of finding B2B buyers. However, online forums specialized in web/app development could be observed to learn further about the industry since they provide a valuable rich content. These online forums also give the opportunity to evaluate competitors and contribute to understanding the market.
Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn are some of the leading sources in the targeted country. So, a considerable amount of time should be spent on these sources to build awareness for the services and possibly initiate a good relationship with business owners to whom my services could be offered. Furthermore, Twitter is considered to be the most leading social media source in the country, and so promoted tweets are a great option to attract B2B buyers. In order to increase the engagement with business owners for potential B2B buyers, I would focus on LinkedIn groups as Saudi small business owners tend to be active in LinkedIn groups more than any other social media sources. Last, there are other sources additional to the social media, some of which are business and tech conferences, arabianbusiness.com, and gulfbusiness.com.
Q: For this weeks discussion post, propose one or two elements of a theoretical social repsonsibilty marketing program that a firm selling your selected project product might implement. Please describe the appoach and expected marketing benefit to your firm.
My response: There is no doubt about the importance of corporate social responsibility for any company. In fact, committing to CSR would not only benefit the society but also benefit firms to enhance overall reputation. It takes quite long time and excessive effort for firms to build reputation. However, implementing an effective CSR strategy could rapidly build a good reputation.
There are two social responsibilities that firm selling my services could implement. Iflexion is advanced web solutions and enterprise web apps that creates, designs, and develops web and apps with the use of software and programing languages, and deliver services online. Iflexion has less environmental influences than other companies that are using harmful components to produce their products. The firm selling my services could create a paperless office and fully rely on online communication with clients. Additionally, it can encourage businesses to request software designed for internal communication to reduce paper consumption.
The second and more important is corporate community engagement strategy that aims to create positive feelings about the firm. The firm could establish a training program for high school students, which concentrates on educating high school students about the basics of web/app development. The firm also could produce free educational YouTube videos. Offering the free educational videos could encourage students to further advance their skills. And so, the firm takes a step and establishes a paid advanced training program, which benefits both the firm and the community. The marketing benefit of conducting such a strategy is that they build a positive image of the firm and strengthen their relations with the public
