Having a good basic quality of life is essential in being all that you can be. What is deemed to ba a good quality of life is as variable as the people experiencing it. What is essential for one person may be totally unnecessary to another. In the K2 17 Block 1 forum we discussed which five things are essential to experience a good quality of life. Initial suggestions by Katie Weston were. 1) housing 2) food and water 3) financial security 4) social networks and 5) support networks.
