How do black people with mental health problems race discrimination?

The following essay will discuss how black people with mental health problems face discrimination by social services departments. Within the essay I shall begin by defining the term discrimination and black. I will then discuss how black people are discriminated against, what has been done to tackle discrimination and finally consider what can be put forward to improve the status quo. For the purposes of this essay the term black refers to people from Afro/Caribbean, Asian, Somalian and Bengali descent.
