Rising costs of healthcare has been a major issue in the America. According to American diabetes Association (ADA), the total estimated cost of diagnosed diabetes in 2012 is $245 billion, including $176 billion in direct medical costs and $69 billion in reduced productivity.
• Please extract the under listed and available data to determine and draw conclusion to the effectiveness of ACA as it relates cost savings for the treatment type 2 diabetes amongst Medicare recipients.
