In this essay I will aim to briefly define what is meant by safeguarding, equality and diversity whilst describing the roles and responsibilities of the Teacher. It will then cover responsibilities informed by the professional code of practise and national standards and what we mean by this.

A learning cycle can be defined as an approach which identifies how people learn from experience. In a learning cycle, there are a variety of stages or phases, the last of which can be pursued by the first. The first of the five stages directed to teaching, will be to first identity an individual needs & goals.
