Foreign trade policy

Working individually, students need to complete a project of 3,000 (+10%) words based around a contemporary foreign trade policy

issue involving a dispute which has been adjudicated at the WTO. You should choose a completed dispute.

Students should answer the question: In what ways did this dispute show the WTO was a well-designed institution and in what ways did

the dispute show there were problems with the WTO mechanisms which need to be resolved.
