Please answer the following questions in order and number the responses as they correspond to the question:

1) What do you see as some of the major challenges of financial planning within a healthcare organization? How may those items differ in comparison with a nonhealthcare organization?

2) Using resources other than Nowicki, define For-Profit (FPs) and Not-for-Profit (NFPs) in one paragraph each.

3) With outside research, discuss the major concepts behind the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and your opinion of how it impacts the healthcare environment today, even given that this Act is primarily utilized by NFPs.
