According to Ashley, the Land of Oz land is not blessed with good weather. At least not two days in a row. If it has good weather, the next day most probably there will be rain or snow. If it happens to snow or rain, there are even chance that the following day weather condition is same. If weather changes from snow or rain, only half of the time is this a change to a nice day. We can develpe Markov chain from this information as follows.
